Steve is a highly successful international businessman and entrepreneur with a wealth of experience and expertise from within the egg industry. As a founding Trustee of the IEF in 2014, Steve has played a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s strategic direction and long-term impact.

From 2015 to 2019, Steve served as Chairman of the IEF, leading the Foundation through a period of significant growth. He now continues to serve as a Trustee, bringing with him over 20 years of egg industry insight and a deep understanding of sustainable food systems.

Steve’s commitment to the IEF extends beyond governance. He has been actively involved in programme delivery, contributing his expertise in extended shelf-life technologies and supporting key initiatives across Africa.
