Cassy is our CEO, bringing a wealth of experience to the role, having previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer for the World Egg Organisation/International Egg Commission (IEC).

Passionate about delivering impactful programmes, she is responsible for strategic planning plus operational delivery.

Supporting our Trustees, Cassy raises awareness of the IEF, develops fundraising opportunities and partnerships, as well as championing the egg as a nutritious food and high-quality protein source.
