Ebenezer Training Centre, Zimbabwe
The Ebenezer Agricultural Training Centre in Zimbabwe has similar goals in mind to its sister centre in Mozambique. It was also established in 2007 and partnered with the International Egg Foundation in 2017.
The center provides local people relevant training, coupled with practical experience in agriculture, to champion self-sufficiency and promote an environmentally sustainable approach to farming. After finishing their course, the students receive financial income upon graduation, which is known as Seed Capital, to start up their own agricultural business.
The Ebenezer Training Centre Zimbabwe celebrated its most recent graduation on 18 June 2019. Forty second year students graduated from the Advanced Course along with 49 first year students who completed their Intermediate Course.
